Just because we’re social distancing, doesn’t mean you can’t still have that addition you’ve been wanting, all while keeping you and your loved ones safe!
We can get you a bid for your Benton or Washington County home addition (helping you find a little bit of extra space and a little bit of peace during this crazy time) with our touchless sales system! Now, we’ve actually been using this system for the last six to nine months and we’re extremely grateful for this! It has meant that when COVID-19 hit us hard, we had a system in place and could still help you get that new addition you’ve been hoping for! And we can do it all, while still maintaining social distancing!
So how does this work?
The first step is for you to reach out to us, whether that’s through our website, email, phone or our Facebook page. Whichever way works best for you! All you have to say is “I’m interested in getting a bid on an addition” and we’ll reach out within the same business day to discuss your project.
Once you have reached out to us, we will ask you to send us some photos and maybe a video, so that we can review those. This will help us understand whether the project is something we can help you with and how we can best help you.
Then, our owner James, or our office manager, will reach out to you to set up a time for a 20 minute phone or video call to discuss your project in more detail. At this stage in the process, we want to chat with youabout what you’re looking for so we can understand your hopes and vision for the space.
And here’s the fun part: after that conversation we can get you a bid! We know you’ve been doing your research online. You’ve probably searched “Benton or Washington County home addition costs” a million times, hoping to find some sort of ballpark range for what you can expect to spend on your Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, or Fayetteville home. And we’re guessing your googling has turned up short, right?
We get how frustrating that can be, so we decided “why not address the elephant in the room?” Why not let you know, almost immediately, what ballpark figure you can expect to spend on that new master suite, or that second floor addition?
If the figure we give you is something that you are interested in, the next step is simple: that design or in-home consultation (depending on the needs of the project). Of course, any consultation will strictly follow CDC guidelines, so that we can help keep you and your loved ones safe while practicing social distancing.
From there, it’s a matter of nailing down the details of the project (which takes approximately 30 – 45 days for a full-blown addition from the date of our first contact) and then we take care of the rest! You don’t even have to worry about the permits!
Now, you might be thinking, “but what if I’m not ready?” What if you know you want to do an addition in the next five years, but you’re just not sure if NOW is the time? Well, give us a call anyway! We are more than willing to talk with you and go through this process, without any level of a hard sale. If you’re not ready, that’s totally fine! We want to help all of our customers and neighbors, wherever you may be in your journey.
So if a home addition has been on your mind, reach out. We’re dedicated to helping you keep your loved ones safe, while also finding you that extra room and that extra peace of mind you need!
